1. Definitions
“The site”: the Scorura pages on the domain scorura.com, in both its languages.
“We”: the team operating the site, described on the About page.
“Provider” or “service”: a company we publish information or a score about.
“Score”: a number computed by the formulas published on the methodology page from dated figures. It is not an absolute verdict on a company.
“Visit link”: a link that passes through an address on our domain and redirects you to the provider, and from which we may earn a commission under the disclosure page.
2. Who we are
Scorura is a team of reviewers and writers working from Riyadh. By using the site you accept these terms.
3. What this site is, and what it is not
The site provides information and comparisons to help you choose, not professional or financial advice. We sell no service, create no account for you, and are not a party to any contract between you and a provider.
4. Accuracy and dates
Prices and published figures are correct on the dates shown beside them and may change afterwards. Check the price and terms with the provider before buying. Local-currency figures are approximate, at a dated exchange rate.
5. Visit links and other sites
Some links are visit links that may earn us a commission, under the rules on the disclosure page. External sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or services.
6. Using our content and data
The text, tables and graphics belong to Scorura. You may quote and cite our published figures and data free of charge, provided you give the source, the date of the figure, and a link to the page it came from.
A provider may cite its Scorura score on the same terms: the score, its date, and a link to its page. We charge no fee for this and license no paid badge, and citing us has no effect on the score. What is not allowed is showing a score without its date, or after it has changed, or phrased to suggest we endorse the service.
7. Trademarks
Provider names and marks belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the services.
8. Prohibited use
Automated copying of the site or large parts of it.
Presenting our scores misleadingly or without their date.
Attempting to disrupt the site or access it without authorisation.
9. No user reviews
The site neither publishes nor accepts user reviews or ratings. Every score is computed from dated figures, each of which names its source.
10. Limits of liability
We take care over accuracy but provide the information as is and do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, and without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer, we are not liable for losses from relying on it or from a provider’s service.
11. Corrections and complaints
We correct errors once verified and log them in the changelog with what it said before, what it says now, and the date. Send anything you find to info@scorura.com with the page link and the source you read.
If you have a complaint about our content or our conduct, write to us first with a clear description and what you are asking for. We answer in writing, and doing so does not prevent you from going to the competent authority if our answer does not satisfy you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and log every change with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law and the authoritative text
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. The Arabic text prevails in case of difference.
14. General
If a clause of these terms is void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses stay in force. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver of it.
These terms, together with the privacy policy and the disclosure page, are the entire agreement between you and us about using the site. You may not assign your rights under them; we may transfer operation of the site to another entity, and these terms carry over unchanged.
