Site123 review

We read the pricing page in both its Arabic and English versions, and bought no plan.

We read both versions of the pricing page on Site123’s own site, on .

Site123 gives an Arabic-speaking reader something the rest of this page does not: Site123 publishes round-the-clock support in Arabic, one of the few platforms in this comparison to do so

Then it takes it back with the other hand. Site123’s Arabic pricing page renders the same card with the same feature list and no price line at all The buyer addressed in their own language is the one buyer who cannot see the charge.

How this review was built

We bought no plan. Speed and uptime are out of the score for that reason. The score rests on four criteria readable on the company’s own pages: price and billing, Arabic and right-to-left support, published features, and support availability.

We read the page twice, in Arabic and in English, and compared the two cards item by item. Half of what is on this page came out of that comparison.

There is no buyer-reports chapter here. We opened no reports this round.

Buying and price

10.0

Basis: the company’s own pages · weight 25%

The advertised price is {entry} a month billed yearly, among the lower figures in this comparison, with no commission on sales, a permanent free tier and a domain free for the first year. The price score here is full marks.

The figure itself is disputed inside the page, though: The paid plan card prints one monthly price while the questions block on the same screen puts the annual, paid-up-front charge at close to double it The page shows two plans while its own questions name four.

We scored the figure printed on the card, because that is what a buyer acts on. We do not resolve the contradiction on the company’s behalf; we print it.

There is no renewal price on the page, and no second-year price for the domain. Whoever pays today does not know what is asked of them after twelve months.

Arabic and right-to-left

1.5

Basis: the company’s own pages · weight 20%

This is where the two halves part. The first half is good: Site123 publishes round-the-clock support in Arabic, one of the few platforms in this comparison to do so Anyone whose site breaks at night finds someone who speaks their language.

The second half is not. We found no editor interface in Arabic, no published sentence about right-to-left support, and no Arabic templates in its gallery.

Then the part that makes no sense: Site123’s Arabic pricing page renders the same card with the same feature list and no price line at all The Arabic-speaking reader is the only one on this platform who cannot see what is being asked.

So the Arabic score is low despite the support, because support is one item of four and the other three are absent.

Published features

5.0

Basis: the company’s own pages · weight 35%

What you get: {feats} of the items we count, with a store, an app store, a permanent free tier and a domain for the first year.

What is missing: no search tools published on this plan, no analytics, and no AI builder. Three things a buyer now expects.

The platform is deliberately simple: ready templates and few steps. Anyone wanting fine control over the design is holding the wrong tool.

Support availability

4.9

Basis: the company’s own pages · weight 20%

Support runs around the clock and the channel is live chat, which is one channel. Anyone who prefers tickets or a phone line finds neither published here.

A {refund} refund guarantee is published, which counts in its favour and which many platforms in this round lack.

What lowers the trust score is the missing renewal price, and the contradiction explained in the price chapter: a page that disagrees with itself on one screen makes a reader doubt its other figures.

Speed and uptime: we did not measure them

We did not measure the speed or uptime of a site built here, and bought no plan.

We did not settle the editor’s interface language, did not open the terms of service, and opened no buyer reports. What we did not check is written here.

If not this one, then what

Both picks are computed from the scores rather than written by hand: the first is the one directly above it in the ranking, the second the one that beats it by the widest margin on the criterion it loses on.

Bottom line

Anyone who wants a simple site quickly, and wants someone to speak Arabic to them when they get stuck, is given both here, cheaply.

Anyone who wants to read the price in their own language, or wants a page that does not contradict itself, would do better to wait until the company fixes its Arabic page. The fix here is one line.

Questions

What does Site123 cost?

The card prints a monthly figure on annual billing, and the questions block on the same screen prints a higher one. We scored the card and printed the disagreement.

Is its support in Arabic?

Yes, and published around the clock. The editor interface, the templates and right-to-left support we found no mention of.

Why is there no price on the Arabic page?

Because the Arabic page renders the same card with no price line. That is what we read, and it is one reason the Arabic score here is low.
